In an effort to try and protect our customers, we will be implementing text message alerts to notify you regarding suspicious debit card activity on new Mastercard debit cards. Text message alerts provide timely, effective communication if there is suspected fraud on your account.
If you had not previously enrolled in this service, customers with a valid cell phone number on file will receive a text message to enroll in this optional service. You will receive a text for each West Gate Bank debit card you have, however you only need to reply once to enroll all Mastercard debit cards.
The text alerts are only valid on your new Mastercard debit card that you will be receiving in the coming weeks. You are eligible to enroll in this service before receiving your new Mastercard debit card.
Please respond to this text message within 72 hours of receipt. If you are beyond that 72-hour timeframe, or did not receive a text to enroll, please contact our Customer Contact Center at 402-434-3456 to re-send the text to enroll. If you choose not to enroll now, you may enroll at any time in the future by contacting our Customer Contact Center.
