West Gate Bank is excited to announce we now offer Online Account Opening! Anywhere you can access our website, you can now fill out our application and be on your way to opening an account without ever stepping into a branch. Just go to https://westgate.bank/open/.
We understand everyday life is busy. And you can’t always make it into a bank during business hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. Offering Online Account Opening gives you the convenience you need for your busy life. Get that new checking account started for paying your bills, or open the savings account you always meant to start, or even open a new business account from wherever you are, whenever it works for your schedule.
Who is Online Account Opening for?
Online Account Opening is available for all current customers. You are still welcome to visit any of our conveniently located seven branches but know now that we are available online too!
How does Online Account Opening work?
Go to https://westgate.bank/open/. From here, you can use our Checking Account Chooser to help you select the perfect account for you. Once you have determined your account, you will be directed to the encrypted Account Opening form to fill out your information. Once you submit the form, our Digital Branch Staff receives, decrypts, and processes your request in 1-2 business days. We will contact you if we have any questions or issues. When we are finished setting up your account, you will receive the paperwork to sign electronically and then the account will be open and ready to use. Once the account is opened, you will be required to fund the account through one of the options given at opening within 14 business days.
