- A completed loan application
- A copy of your most recent (two) pay stubs or the prior year's tax return
- A source of value for your property, such as a purchase appraisal, assessor's website information, or a West Gate Bank valuation
- The balance due on your first mortgage, along with a copy of your statement

- Borrow funds on an as-needed basis.
- 7-year (or 84 month) loan term.
- Special fixed annual percentage rate for first 12 months*.
- After the introductory period, variable annual percentage rate for remaining term based upon the "Wall Street Journal" Prime Rate.
