Modify Electronic Document Enrollment and Notifications
Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the electronic document settings in Online Banking in order to locate and modify these settings. You will learn how to enable or disable electronic documents by account, download documents in bulk, and choose which documents you want to view and receive notifications for electronically. These steps can be accomplished on both our Mobile app and Online Banking.
1. Select an Account: From the dashboard or your account list, choose any account. The specific account doesn't matter for this process.

2. Access Settings: Once you're viewing an account, click on the ‘Settings’ option in the quick action menu.

3. Navigate to Advanced Settings: Scroll to the bottom of the settings menu and select ‘Advanced settings’ under the Documents section. This will take you to the electronic document settings for all your accounts.

4. Search and Download Documents: On the first page, you can perform a detailed search for documents and download them in bulk. Enter your search criteria and click 'Filter' to view the results. Use the checkboxes on the left and the download button at the top to download multiple documents at once.

5. Manage Account Enrollment: Select the ‘Sign Up/Changes’ tab to view your enrolled accounts. You can enroll or unenroll accounts by checking the associated box next to each account. After making your changes, click ‘Save Settings’.
Please note: Unenrolling an account will remove your ability to see any documents related to that account in Online Banking. If you wish to see electronic document in Online Banking and continue to receive mailed statements and notifications, please reach out to our Solutions Center at 402.434.3456.

6. Customize Document Notifications: To choose which individual documents you want to view electronically and receive notifications for, click the expand icon next to any account. Documents that are enrolled for electronic notifications will have a check mark next to their name. To stop receiving electronic notifications for a document, deselect it here. You can enable electronic delivery and access for your 1099-INT and other tax documents in this section.
Please note: Unenrolling a document type will remove your ability to see that specific document for the associated account in Digital Banking. Some document types will be mailed to you if you disable electronic delivery.
