John Arrigo started at West Gate Bank in March, 1996 as a commercial lender following six years of middle market business lending at a Nebraska regional bank. John is well-versed on all varieties of commercial real estate lending, middle market business banking, small business banking, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Increment Financing, and residential construction lending. His primary role at West Gate Bank is the Chief Lending Officer of commercial lending, and serves on the Board of Directors.

John has been involved in many community organizations including Vice Chair of the YMCA of Lincoln, board member of Pius X High School and has served in many loan-church relation roles. In addition to his Finance Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he is a graduate of the Colorado Schools of Banking.

A native of Columbus, Nebraska, Reardon graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance. Kirby is an outstanding lender that excels in our core lending niches, while providing expertise and leadership in our specialty loan offerings. He maintains many strong community and customer relationships and embodies West Gate Bank’s Code of Excellence.

He currently serves on the Lincoln/Lancaster Habitat for Humanity board of directors and participates in various community and volunteer activities. He also serves as the bank’s CRA Officer.

He has been promoted multiple times within the department and currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Lending. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Taylor graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. His focus is on commercial real estate lending and residential investment property financing.

Taylor serves on the Board of Directors for CenterPointe and volunteers with Make-A-Wish Nebraska.

He specializes in commercial and industrial lending, owner-occupied commercial real estate, and residential investment property financing. Shane covers the Omaha metro and actively participates in the West O and Bennington Chambers of Commerce.

Shane and his wife, Satarah, live in the Bennington area with their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Huskers, working out, golfing and shooting hoops.
