System Upgrade During the Weekend of Oct 6-9th

Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking for consumers will go into "Inquiry Only" mode effective 4pm on Friday, October 6th. While in "Inquiry Only" mode, customers will be able to view their account balances, transactions and statements, but will be unable to transfer or deposit funds until the system is activated after the upgrade.
Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at 4pm on Friday, October 6th. During this time, you will be unable to schedule payment of bills. However, if you have bills that are scheduled to be paid during the upgrade period (Oct 6-9), those transactions will still occur as scheduled.
Business Online will be unavailable effective Friday, October 6th at 3:15pm. You will not be able to access your account online during this time.
Our lobbies will be open on Saturday, October 7th from 8:30am-12:00pm and drive thrus will be open from 7:30am-12:00pm. Branches will be closed on Monday, October 9th in observance of the Columbus Day holiday, but our Customer Contact Center will be available from 8:00am-6:00pm to assist customers with questions by phone at 402-434-3456. ATMs will be available to use during this upgrade.
We will notify our customers via our web site at westgate.bank on the status of our online products through the weekend. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates through the weekend regarding the status of Online Banking, Bill Pay and Business Online.
Once this upgrade is complete, West Gate Bank will be better able to offer the industry-leading products our customers expect. Those products will become available in the coming months.
