Quicken and Quickbooks Trouble Shooting

During the weekend of October 6-9, 2017, West Gate Bank will undergo a bank-wide system upgrade. This upgrade will impact the ability for QuickBook, Quicken, and Mint to connect with our accounts. In preparation for this, below are instructions you can download to walk you through a deactivation/reactivation process for the various software. If you are using a Quicken Product with Web Connect:
