We did some spring cleaning on our Mobile App! Our West Gate Bank Mobile App has an updated look to match our new branding and features new functionality.
Some of the new functionality:
- Two new icons are listed on the login page--:”Open an Account” and “Apply for a Mortgage”. If you want to open a new account with us or get pre-qualified for a mortgage, just follow these links right from our mobile app.
- Bill Capture is our newest addition to Bill Pay on the mobile app. Now you can take a snapshot of your bill and the vendor information will fill in for you.
- There is now a Sort feature on the home page, which allows you to change the order in which your accounts show in the mobile app.
- There has been a color scheme change to pending transactions within your transaction view. This helps make it clear which transactions have posted to your account and which are still pending.
- Manage lost or stolen debit cards
But that's not all—our app is also available for your iOS and Android tablets! Our app has been added to the app stores on your tablets so you can enjoy the same ease of mobile banking on tablet devices now, too!
