Launching New Interactive Teller Machines on May 27th

We are excited to announce the May 27 launch of new interactive teller machines at our 27th & Old Cheney branch. Known as “Green Machines,” these Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are much more capable than an ATM and can perform most of the services that currently require you to visit our lobby. A screen with a live representative will be available to assist you with your transaction.
We are proud to be one of the first banks in Lincoln to offer this new technology that will save you time and enhance the services we provide in our drive-thru. Later this year we will be launching Green Machines at West Gate Bank Center and our Midtown branch.
Starting May 27, we will have a customer service team in the drive-thru at 27th & Old Cheney to assist you with how to use the Green Machines. You will be amazed at how fast and easy they are to use!
With this new Green Machine technology, we have made the decision to permanently close the lobby at our 27th & Old Cheney branch. If you need to visit a lobby for a transaction, the lobbies at our other six Lincoln branches will be open as soon as government directives associated with COVID-19 allow and bank management is confident that it is safe for our customers and employees. The permanent lobby closure will be limited to our 27th & Old Cheney branch.
The Green Machines will enhance our ability to provide great customer service and extend the hours during which you can speak to a live representative. We look forward to greeting you “virtually” starting May 27!
